                          1.國際與地區航班頭等艙與公務艙95%的旅客值機辦理等候時間﹤4分鐘;經濟艙95%的旅客值機辦理等候時間﹤12分鐘。 
                           Queuing & processing takes less than 4 minutes for 95% first-class or business class passengers of international and HK/Macau/Taiwan flights; less than 12 minutes for 95%  economy class passengers of international and HK/Macau/Taiwan flights.


                           

                          2.國內航班頭等與公務艙95%的旅客值機辦理等候時間﹤5分鐘;經濟艙95%的旅客值機辦理等候時間﹤14分鐘。 
                           Queuing & processing takes less than 5 minutes for 95% first-class or business class passengers of domestic flights;
                          less than 14 minutes for 95% economy class passengers of domestic flights.

                           

                          3.國際與地區航班95%的旅客安全檢查排隊等候時間﹤10分鐘;國內航班95%的旅客安全檢查排隊等候時間﹤12分鐘。 
                          Queuing & security checking takes less than 10 minutes for 95% passengers of international and regional flights; less
                          than 12 minutes for 95% passengers of domestic flights.


                          4.旅客出入境海關通關時間﹤3分鐘(需進一步檢查的除外)。

                          Customs clearance takes less than 3 minutes except further inspection.


                          5.95%以上的旅客等候辦理邊防檢查手續﹤25分鐘(需進一步檢查的除外)。

                           Immigration inspection processing takes less than 25 minutes for more than 95% passengers except further inspection.


                          6.旅客出入境檢驗檢疫通過時間﹤1分鐘(需進一步檢查的除外)。

                          Arrival quarantine checking takes less than 1 minute except further inspection.


                          7.登機口每30分鐘向旅客廣播通報航班不正常信息或航班動態信息。

                           Irregular flights information should be broadcast every 30 minutes.


                          8.免費行李手推車供應充足、布局合理,便于旅客取用,可用性達100%。

                           Free luggage carts should be accessible to passengers in abundant supply.


                          9.商品明碼標價,一貨一簽,價位公平合理,不亂收費,杜絕假冒偽劣商品。

                           The prices of commodities should be marked clearly and fairly. No fake commodities.
